Referral Types

At Core Therapy, we are able to accept referrals for clients funded through the following processes:

• Private Health Insurance — we are recognised by all major health funds providing ancillary coverage for Remedial Massage
• WorkCover claims (medical referral required)
• TAC clients, but only where the accident occurred prior to 1st January 1987 (medical referral required)
• Self-funded clients

At present, neither TAC, DVA nor Medicare (EPC) provide coverage for treatment provided by remedial massage therapists; however, concession rates can be extended to DVA and TAC clients where necessary.

Ongoing Communication

We undertake to communicate with all referring practitioners after the initial consultation and to keep practitioners informed of the patient's progress.

Clinic Fees & Appointment Times

Concession rates (20% off) are available for Seniors Card holders. Appointments are available six days a week, 8am–7pm, Monday to Friday.
