Conditions We Treat

Achilles Tendinopathy

Achilles tendinopathy is an overuse injury of the Achilles tendon, common in runners, cyclists and active people who increase their training load too quickly.

It causes pain and stiffness at the back of the heel and lower calf, especially first thing in the morning or at the start of activity.

How Core Therapy Treats It

We unload and release the tendon, then rebuild its strength so you can return to training.

Release the Calf & Tendon

Remedial and trigger point work releases the calf and the trigger points loading the tendon.

IASTM for Tissue Restriction

Instrument-assisted soft-tissue work eases the tightness and restriction around the tendon.

Progressive Strengthening

Eccentric, progressive loading rebuilds the tendon’s capacity so you return to training with confidence.
